There was no shuttle from hotel to haram but in booking.com It was mentioned that there is shuttle for haram.If possible plz provide shuttle for haram because its far.

Rotten hard beds, gave us back pain and spasms. Beds are hard like hardboard and never feel you are on mattress. No towels, no wardrobe, no cloth hangers in the room. Room Was not cleaned even once in our 7-8 nights stay. Bed sheaths never changed during our whole stay. No electric kettle or ironing arrangements in room. No WiFi in room , just only around reception. Receptionist cannot understand or speak even basic English , so difficult to communicate . Hotel is 13 minutes walking distance from Masjid e Nabawi gate 6 , if you use pedestrian underground crossing . If you want to use taxi , take hotel card and show it to the driver as most of the taxi drivers dont even know where the hotel is located and is very confusing for them
